Kim France

Kim France came to the Lowcountry from Cincinnati, Ohio by way of Raleigh, NC.  Born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey, Kim is a graduate of Bucknell University.  She had a successful career in real estate sales in Bucks County, PA but, left the industry to raise her small children.  Upon reentering the work force, Kim pursued a career in interior design.  Her success as a designer culminated in 4 retail locations and 28 staff designers across the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

Kim came back to the real estate industry in 2010 when she relocated to Hilton Head Island. She has been voted “Favorite Realtor” by the readers of Hilton Head Monthly Magazine 2 years and is a five-star agent on Zillow.com
