Lana Sweatte

In support of the Patrick & Taylor Team sales activities is the backbone of the team. Lana Sweatte is one of the most savvy and experienced licensed real estate assistants on the island.

Lana began her real estate career as closing coordinator for the old Hilton Head Plantation Development Company.  Through the years, she obtained her real estate license and developed extensive experience in the marketing of property as well as the after contract activities that lead to a successful closing.  She is experienced in all of the very important leading edge internet marketing tools and is always available to offer a solution to any need.

Lana moved to the island from the mountains of West Virginia to marry her husband, Fred, who is retired from land surveying. Fred is a true local, having grown up in Beaufort, South Carolina.  They have two grown children.  Scott is a project manager with Bank of America in North Carolina.  He and wife, Heidi, have one child and only grandchild, Zeke, who keeps everyone on their toes.  Kristy is an elementary teacher in the Charlotte, North Carolina, school system.
